Morning Movement & Meditation 

Mon: 7:30-8:30am

 

 

This class is made for those living with aches and pains (mostly all of us!), who want a safe yet active yoga class. Students will practice stretching and strength-building exercises and breathing techniques to instill calmness in the mind and body. Each class ends with a guided somatic meditation.

Classes are held at Satori Yoga Studio, 110 Sutter St, San Francisco

 

Candlelight Restorative Yoga

 

Mon: 7:00 - 8:15pm

 

Restorative yoga uses props and techniques that promote relaxation while bringing the body into balance. Among its many benefits, restorative yoga can help rehabilitate injuries, stimulate specific organs, reduce blood pressure and reduce stress hormones. Restorative yoga can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of flexibility or fitness level.
